1Acceptance of TK99 Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and TK99 ("Company," "We," or "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services, content, and features available through the TK99 platform, including the website tk99-khelo.com, mobile applications (where applicable), and all other related platforms operated by TK99.

By accessing or using any part of the TK99 platform — including simply browsing this website — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy TK99 and our Responsible Gambling both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and TK99.

2Player Eligibility & TK99 Account Registration

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

To register an account and use the TK99 platform, you must be at least 18 years at the time of registration. TK99 takes the protection of minors seriously. Any attempt by an underage individual to register an account is a serious breach of these terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

TK99 employs a multi-layer age verification process. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. TK99 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age at any time, and may suspend or close any account that fails to meet the age eligibility requirement.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may only hold one active TK99 account. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information
• Using another person's account without written consent from both the account owner and TK99
• Lending, transferring, or selling your TK99 account to another person
• Allowing others to access and use your account

Violations of these rules may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and a permanent ban from re-registering on TK99.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering a TK99 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. TK99 relies on the details you submit to process deposits, verify your identity, and deliver winnings. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in payment processing delays or account suspension.

3TK99 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

TK99 only accepts legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods are:

TK99 does not accept payments via foreign methods, physical cash, cheques, or any method not listed above. Deposit attempts through unlisted methods will not be processed and funds will be returned within 3–5 business days.

3.2 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows (subject to periodic updates):

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction
• Maximum daily deposit: RM10,000 (standard account)
• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM20,000 (standard account)

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

TK99 aims to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• Withdrawal to eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost): 5–15 minutes
• Withdrawal to DuitNow: instant to 30 minutes
• Withdrawal to bank account via FPX: 30 minutes – 3 hours

Processing times may be longer during periods of high traffic, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required. TK99 is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of financial institutions or eWallet providers.

4TK99 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

4.1 TK99 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by TK99 — including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, free tickets, and special promotions — are subject to the following terms:

• Every promotion comes with rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Rollover requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the deposit or bonus amount — for example, "5x rollover" means you must place bets totalling five times the bonus amount
• Only bets placed with real money (not bonus funds) count toward the rollover requirement, unless otherwise stated
• Certain games may be excluded or contribute only partially (e.g. 10%) towards rollover requirements — please check the terms of each promotion
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically

4.2 One Bonus Per Player / Per Household

Each player is eligible for each promotion once only. Some bonus offers are also subject to a "one per household" limit — meaning that if more than one player registers using the same IP address or residential address, only one account will qualify for that particular bonus.

TK99 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit winnings earned through bonus funds if there is evidence that a player is attempting to exploit the bonus system through multiple account registrations or other fraudulent methods.

5Betting Rules on the TK99 Platform

All bets placed on the TK99 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the TK99 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in specific technical circumstances such as a system disruption during confirmation
• TK99 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a pricing error (odds set unintentionally at an incorrect value) or technical failure
• An accumulator bet is considered fully void if any single leg of the bet is cancelled, unless TK99's policy states otherwise for a specific format
• For Sports Betting, any match that is postponed or suspended for more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time will be considered void and all stakes will be refunded
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and the player's account tier

5.1 Sports Betting — Specific Rules

For Sports Betting on TK99 covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, e-sports, and other sports, the following additional rules apply:

• Pre-match bets are closed once a match kicks off, unless a live betting market is opened
• Official results announced by the relevant sports governing body are final for the purpose of settling bets on TK99
• In the event of a formal protest or appeal of a result by a team or athlete, TK99 will use the result announced at the time the bet is settled, unless the result is changed prior to settlement

6Casino Games, Lottery & Results at TK99

TK99 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent third party for all casino games (slots, table games, and lottery) that rely on a number generation mechanism. The RNG ensures that every game outcome is independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

For Live Casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger, all games are hosted by live human dealers in a real studio and streamed in real-time. The outcome of each round is determined by physical actions in the studio and cannot be manipulated by any party.

7Permitted & Prohibited Player Conduct

TK99 welcomes all players who participate honestly and responsibly. However, the following are strictly prohibited on the TK99 platform:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, falsify, or manipulate TK99's systems, game outcomes, or payment processes
• Exploitation of Technical Vulnerabilities: Exploiting bugs, software vulnerabilities, or technical errors for unauthorized gain
• Use of Automated Software: Bots, automated scripts, or any software that automates actions on the TK99 platform without written authorisation
• Collusion with Other Players: Colluding with other players to manipulate games, particularly in multiplayer games or Sports Betting
• Money Laundering: Using the TK99 platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activity
• Threats or Abuse: Attacking, threatening, or bullying TK99 customer support staff or other players

8TK99 Account Suspension & Closure

TK99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or manipulative activity
• Requests from Malaysian authorities in connection with a criminal investigation
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering
• Voluntary closure request initiated by the player

In cases of suspension not caused by fraud or a breach of terms, any legitimate balance in the account will be returned to the player via their original payment method once the review is complete. In confirmed cases of fraud, the account balance may be forfeited in full as a remedial measure.

9TK99 Limitation of Liability

TK99 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, data, or goodwill — arising from the use of or inability to use the TK99 platform.

TK99's total maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, or RM500, whichever is lower — except in cases of gross negligence or wilful fraud on the part of TK99.

TK99 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be fully secure from external cyber threats, or be free from technical errors. TK99 will make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and the security of player data, but makes no absolute guarantees in this regard.

10TK99 Player Privacy & Data Protection

TK99 collects and processes players' personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy in full, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. By registering a TK99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, TK99 uses your data to: verify identity and age, process deposits and withdrawals, deliver platform services, communicate regarding your account and relevant offers, and comply with legal requirements. TK99 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
